Senior Client Relations Specialist
Kathy works with clients as the initial point of contact, connecting clients with their personal financial planner. She also makes sure returning clients get everything they need to have an exceptional experience. Kathy is a highly organized problem solver who supports business, technology, and company growth.
Kathy values the comprehensive advice and guidance Arrivity provides clients and she appreciates the diverse strengths and knowledge each of the planners brings to the group. She enjoys supporting their collaboration.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from California Polytechnic State University and she’s a member of the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS). Prior to joining Arrivity, Kathy worked at Starbucks for 20 years during their early growth where she had jobs from store management to category project manager. After Starbucks, she worked as an admissions director at a private school.
Kathy and her husband love bringing people together over food; they enjoy cooking for gatherings or family and friends. She’s the chief travel planner in the household and has planned trips around a special restaurant, a unique accommodation, or to experience a new ski resort. With retirement on the horizon, their list of destinations is growing.
