Sydney Fisher

Client Relations Specialist

Sydney is often referred to as Arrivity’s “air traffic controller” as she skillfully navigates busy schedules and finds a place for each client to land. Her job is to stay a step ahead of the planners and their calendars, taking care of extraneous tasks so that clients and their plans get the full attention they deserve.

As a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing, Sydney is a thorough and direct communicator and yet she maintains a friendliness and humility that is often difficult to convey over email.

Sydney’s specialties may lie outside of the number-focused aspect of financial planning, but she is nonetheless an integral part of the Arrivity team. As much as financial planning has to do with data and projections, it has to do with people: how we communicate with them, tailor our approaches to their needs, and ultimately make them feel heard.

In her free time, Sydney loves reading, journaling, listening to music, and playing piano. Her favorite authors are George Eliot, Virginia Woolfe, and Fyodor Dostoevsky. Among her favorite musicians are Fiona Apple, Nick Drake, Björk, Elliott Smith, and Ella Fitzgerald.
