Our services are based on the amount of time we spend working on your plan and meeting with you, not how much money you have. More complex planning will take more time, and we’ll always be transparent with you about our fees.

$3,375 - $5,625 Generally 9 - 15 hours
  • For people early in their careers who are beginning to save for retirement. Plan includes:

  • Investment advice on 1 to 5 accounts
  • Can also include:
  • Debt reduction strategies
  • Basic insurance review

  • 1.5 hour meeting


$4,875 - $7,500 Generally 13 - 20 hours
  • For early to mid career clients that are more than 10 years away from retirement. Includes the items in a Scouting Plan plus:
  • Detailed retirement modeling ‐ generally one scenario
  • Life and disability insurance review
  • Investment advice on 2 to 6 accounts
  • Can also include:
  • Planning for private primary or secondary education
  • Investment account consolidation
  • Single rental property
  • Stock options or stock awards
  • Concentrated stock planning
  • Sustainable investing
  • Upgrading home
  • 1 to 2 hour meeting


$5,625 - $8,250 Generally 15 - 22 hours
  • For mid to late career clients that are within 10 years of retirement or those recently retired. Includes the items in Scouting and Touring Plans plus:
  • Generally two or more retirement scenarios
  • Planning for early retirement
  • Pension strategies
  • Planning for required minimum distributions
  • Introduction to retirement distribution strategies
  • Long term care strategies
  • Investment advice on 5‐10 accounts
  • Can also include:
  • Complex family situations (working with a POA)
  • 2 rental properties
  • 1 to 2 hour meeting


Starting at $7,500 More than 20 hours
  • This level is for anyone in the Touring or Journey categories, but with many more moving parts. This may include:
  • Higher net worth clients
  • More than 10 investment accounts
  • Multiple residences
  • Special income situations
  • Complex tax situations
  • Complex investment advice or accounts with many holdings
  • Multiple investment strategies
  • Multiple meetings or a need for increased correspondence
  • 3 or more rental properties
  • Interactions with other professionals (CPA, estate attorney) on your behalf
  • 1 to 2 hour meeting
